Church and civil society leaders from different regions gathered in Cebu City yesterday to pilot the 6-million signature campaign to abolish the pork barrel system.

According to the organizers, more than 1,000 individuals were monitored to have attended the people’s congress.

The signature drive will continue at the anti-pork barrel system protest at the Luneta Park on August 25.
