4. Transporting of ballot boxes in canvass areas
5. Banning PPL pollwatchers inside the canvass areas and selecting only those they want to allow to enter
6. Acting as bodyguards of candidates
7. Presence of APC and 6×6 trucks near polling places and canvass areas
8. Police counting the votes in precinct
9. Shooting and wounding of BM leader

11. Illegal arrest of poll watchers
