Hospital workers and patients of Philippine Orthopedic Center (POC) held protest action against the foreseen death of public health services under Public-Private Partnership (PPP). Secretary Enrique Ona admitted during The Department of Health budget hearing in the House of Representatives that prices of health services will go up under PPP, that’s why patients should be enrolled in PhilHealth.
