Tuba, Benguet — Broccoli farmers atop Mt. Kabuyao here, harvest their produce ahead of the rains hoping to save their investment that are imperiled when strong rains come. But the rains is less of their concerns as imported vegetables have reportedly flooded markets all over the country, hence tremendously affecting the vegetable industry in Benguet.
