a
Rich Biodiversity
August 4, 2007

Twenty-two year-old Reynante from Barangay (village) Patar in Bolinao, Pangasinan shows off his catch of small lobster, small octopus and several other small fishes. In his single catch the rich marine biodiversity of Bolinao, in which the town prides itself, is easily evident. Bolinao is one of the many areas in the Philippines that all together make the country renowned as the world’s marine biodiversity center.
