Almost ten years after, Hacienda Luisita farmers, mostly relatives of the victims of the Nov. 16, 2004 Hacienda Luisita massacre trooped to the Office of the Ombudsman August 4 to condemn the dismissal of all criminal and administrative charges against the suspected perpetrators.
