where men of truth are incarcerated
and degraded by the cruelties of prison.
spirit is put to test.
resolve is molded like steel
by prisoners who refuse to yield
to the guileful will of the foe.
rocks are hardened by wind and rain.
gold sparkles in acid test
those who weathered the storm
can see the light of day
