“The Lebanese people, especially the women and the children are greatly suffering due to Israeli attacks in our country,” said Abdul Kadir Ali Jadid, spokesperson of the No to war Coalition and president of the Filipino-Lebanese Friendship Community. “We call on the world, including the United Nations, to stop this war.”
Gary Martinez, coalition convenor and spokesperson of the Migrante Sectoral Party (MSP), said their group demands that the Israeli government stop the attacks and settle the conflict peacefully through appropriate international bodies.
