Tiningnan nilang hindi pa malaya ang sambayanan at dominante pa rin ang mga dayuhan at mayayaman sa lipunan. Higit pa roon, binigyang diin niil na hindi magiging ganap ang kalayaan hangga’t hindi pa napalalaya ang lipunan.
